I took the two pictures last year during a trip to Fredericksburg. It is two different pictures but my blog’s setting didn’t allow me to separate them, and I think it is not a bad idea after all that they look attached to each other.

Great photos. And what vivid wall art.
I use this HTML to force a line break between pictures, or between pictures and text (instead of wrapping text around the photo). I picked it up on the WP forum:
it is a great idea! I will try it for other pictures, thanks Gwen!
Good to hear from you:)
Hi Mirella, Trompe l’oeil is amazing isn’t it? We see a fair bit of it here in Italy and I am always delighted by it.
I think you’re right Mirella…the two look perfect together…maybe it was one of those divine intervention things that kept your settings from working.
Yep you are right Charlie, thanks, but you know what on the other computer they don’t look attached, only on our iMac.
I saw the two pictures before I saw the text that they weren’t related, and I could tell they were not but immediately thought “how perfect!” — love it!! I love your photographic eye. More more?
Thanks Holly:) I love when you all encourage me:)
